It is never easy to hold a musical, especially one that was conceived, written and composed all by our school teachers and alumni composers. Having been through COVID-19 for almost 2 years, our musical has applied new approaches that we had never imagined before: from live practices to Zoom rehearsals; from acting in a proper theatre to a cinema; from an energetic live performance by actors and orchestra to a decently recorded musical. The only thing that has not changed is the passion and the spirit of our musically talented students and the musical working team. Although the video recording session was seemingly endless, our students and working team still got excited for every shot and never showed their tired face on the camera. It was absolutely a joy and my pleasure to take part in the musical, especially to coach the vocal sessions and I really enjoyed hearing those beautiful tunes and laughter in every rehearsal. Hopefully the musical is not just a great memory for the kids, but also a motivation, an inspiration to reach their full potential inside His eyes.
