Message from the
Principal

Our school has been developing and promoting positive education in recent years. Two years ago, when our teachers and I were discussing the theme for the school musical, we decided that sending out positive messages to our students, staff and the audience through the musical should be the key element.

As we can see, Hong Kong is a highly cosmopolitan city, vivid and full of competition. In order to sustain their competitive advantages, people in Hong Kong tend to compare themselves with their peers or counterparts and strive to have outstanding performances, whether in studying or working, so as not to fall behind. However, according to research studies, the way to success is love and self-confidence. Actually, we are all gifted in different aspects by God and with love and self-appreciation, anyone of us can develop his or her potential in studying and working, leading to a happier and more successful life.

‘In His Eyes’ is an English musical produced by our school to promote the uniqueness of individuals. We are all God’s children and we hope everyone can appreciate themselves, care for others, cherish and value all lives, and stay positive and optimistic every day.
I appreciate the great efforts from our teachers and students. With the collaboration across various subject departments, our teachers and students have overcome the difficulties of arranging online rehearsals and recording the school musical during the pandemic. I am truly grateful that this school musical can finally come into production by our school.

I sincerely hope that we can cherish and respect all lives because we are all very special in God’s eyes.
